I highly recommend this recipe for any artichoke dip lovers. Very simple to make, only a few ingredients and always delicious.

This is a delicious dip. I made it once before and i am making it again tomorrow for a bbq. This time i will probably double recipe. I also served wheat thin crackers with it as well as triscuits. Great recipe.

i have made this recipe multiple times. i would recommend not putting all the required mayonaise and draining the artichokes very well. i serve mine in a bread bowl w/ sliced french bread. it is a hit at every party. so so yummy. just start your diet the next day!!

Very good recipe, but make sure to drain the artichokes for a long time. Let the dip stand for 10 minutes or so after taking it from the oven before serving.
