I love this dip, it's so yummy and easy!
This is so yummy the only bad thing is that I ate to much of it! Everyone liked it!
also try making it with pita triangles- brushed with butter and garlic, then toasted. Big hit! Be careful not to over-toast the pita!
super super easy...and tastes AMAZING! i used sliced baguette in place of crackers, and left out the pimentos. also sprinkled bread crumbs on top. the sous chef at the restaurant i work at said it would help absorb the grease, bc it is very greasy. it's my family's new favorite!
Loved this dish! I used 10 oz of feta and almost 2 cups of parmesean to make it a little thicker. I also cooked mine about 45 minutes as it would not brown on top. I served it with seasoned restaurant syle tortilla chips but it would also be great w/ any cracker. Definately making it again at Christmas! The pimentos add a nice color.
This was a great easy recipe. I did add a tablespoon real bacon bits and a bit of fresh ground black pepper to zest it up a bit. I served it with pita chips for added crunch. It tasted great and was a hit with my guests.
Due to a lack of available ingredients at my local grocery, I made this with 4 oz plain feta and 4 oz Mediterranean Blend Feta, substituting Romano for Parmesan, and using light mayo. It was very good, but also very rich. I recommend serving it warm with a cold dry white wine - a Sauvignon Blanc is a good choice. Especially good with sourdough bread wedges or restaurant-style tortilla chips rather than the triscuits. Would be great for a party!
If you like cheese, you'll love it!
This is always a favourite with my friends. I add some chopped spinach to it too and everyone loves it!
Great recipe. Very easy also. I added chopped onion and a little black pepper. If any is lefted over, I put it on a slice of French bread for a snack.
