Love this! I also added some fresh squeezed lemon to the recipe and a little more when it's finished cooking! Yummy!!

Delicious and easy. It was my contribution to the ofc holiday part. It was such a hit I had to type out the recipe for 15 co-workers.

it was super easy to make ( I used real mayo not miracle whip) everybody really enjoyed it. 1 person did say it was a little bland, but nobody else thought so. I will make it again....

I made this recipe twice in one weekend. (actually my husband made it once). This quick recipe received alot of raves. I used marinated artichokes for some extra tang.

The basic recipe is delicious. You can also start with it and experiment. Try adding crab meat or stuffing in mushroom caps. Substitute slices of green peppers for crackers for dipping. Top with tomatoes in lieu of the red peppers.

I've made this twice, the second time I doubled the recipe, but subsituted sour cream for 1 cup of the mayo, added some extra flavor, it seemed heavy on the mayo before. Great hit with the kids too!
