The basic recipe is delicious. You can also start with it and experiment. Try adding crab meat or stuffing in mushroom caps. Substitute slices of green peppers for crackers for dipping. Top with tomatoes in lieu of the red peppers.

I've made this twice, the second time I doubled the recipe, but subsituted sour cream for 1 cup of the mayo, added some extra flavor, it seemed heavy on the mayo before. Great hit with the kids too!

This is the best dip ever! Everytime I go to a party or gathering - they request this dish! Anyone who makes this will not be disappointed!

I absolutely love this recipe! I have made it twice now and will definitely make it again soon, especially during football and basketball games. This time I didn't have grated parmesean cheese so I used mozzarella and added some Kraft garlic & herb parmesean topping and it really gave it added flavor. It's a huge hit in my house, thank you so much!!!!

It was really really well, went over great with the in laws!! I, however would use a little less garlic but my husband loved it just the way it was. Thanks!!

I tried this recipe to use up a can of artichoke hearts I had. I usually make my artichoke dip with similar ingredients but use cream cheese instead of mayo and add shredded mozarella. This was really not as good as mine. My husband ate some thinking it was my usual dip and made the most disgusted face once he tasted it. He told me to throw it out and stick to my old recipe.

my co-worker actually gave me this recipe and I tried it and loved it. I will be making this recipe over and over again.

A classic! However, I feel they should warn you not to use low-fat or fat-free mayo. I did this on Thanksgiving and it was terrible. I remade it with regular mayo and it was a hit.

I made this last year for Christmas and it was a huge hit with my family. I have made it since and plan on making it this holiday season also. Very good with celery too.
