Of course, I had to modify this recipe, and it was wonderful. I skipped the oil and bread crumbs. I just put the spices (but no salt) in with the cheese, rinsed my chicken on water, shook off the water and dredged in the cheese and baked. I was hoping for less calories and sodium. It was wonderful. My husband commented on the taste of salt, but it was cheese. Everyone loved it and it's fast!
