This is the best to make if u need a meal fast. I substituted corn instead of the black beans and tossed in a can of mushrooms and it tasted great. I would definitely make this again.

I make this all the time. It's wonderful! I use corn instead of beans though. It's really good in a tortilla too.

This was very good and easy to make. The whole family liked it - even my picky daughter!! I will definitely make this again.

I added pineapple chunks and wrapped it in a tortilla, it was fabulous.

The whole family loved it! My husband raved about it all night and ate all the leftovers that night! He just kept grazing!! Making it again this week, he called it "good man food" HAHA!
