A snap to make and full of crowd-pleasing ingredients. Makes a nice change of pace from the usual creamed soup recipes.

I too left out the beans and it was delicious! Quick and easy to make. Even the toddler liked it!

This is a family favorite I have incorporated into our regular meal plan - its quick and easy for those weeknights when you dont have time to fuss over a large dinner. I serve this with corn bread made from a mix, a big pitcher of iced tea and ice cream with cookies for dessert. Its one of my children's favorites.
