I also cut the chicken up in bite size pieces. I thought it was good, but like others, a little bland. I added a spoonful of mango-lime salsa on top of my dish, and it was perfect...I will make this one again, but will definatley add more spices to the chicken, and maybe french onion soup instead of the cream. So many different variations you can do with this one. It's a classic for sure.
