I will add more broccoli to the dish next time. I listened to the reviews and marinated the chicken and sauted onion and garlic and added chicken.

Received this recipe in an email this morning, and made it for dinner tonight! It was great!! My husband and 2-5 yr old, LOVED it!! Though I did subsitute Cream of Broccoli soup for Cream of Chicken since I had it on hand.... I will be making this again!

I've made this recipe without any changes twice now and LOVE it. the only thing I add is a little bit of salt to the rice and I think it's good to go. though after reading all the other reviews, I think I'll definitely have to try adding onions and garlic powder to this recipe. but the original recipe is delicious -- and it seems like a great recipe to spice up with all kind of add ins.

I love this dinner! I always boil the broc before hand so its not so crunchy though. =)

After reading the reviews I decided to make several changes to the recipe and I thought it turned out delicious. I cut the chicken breasts up into bite size and sprinkled in with Adobo and lemon pepper. I sauteed onion and garlic and then added the chicken and white wine. I also added mushroom slices to the chicken and didnt cook it all the way through since I was adding it back to the rice. YUM-O.

I chopped up the chicken after cooking it to stretch it a bit. Also, I added sauted mushrooms and it was so delicious! The boyfriend said I have to add it into regular dinner rotation. I cooked the rice and broccoli a few minutes before adding in the chicken again after reading other reviews, and I think it probably helped.

I read many of the reviews before i cooked this dish. I love these rice/chicken type dishes. So I cooked the chicken with some lemon pepper/citrus seasonings and garlic powder. So when i took the chicken out and added the soup/rice to the pan with the drippings and then added the chicken to it. It had such a delicious savory flavor. Definately not bland.

This meal is super easy and good. The only problem was it turned out bland. I would suggest using lemon pepper seasoning or maybe a garlic and herb seasoning to add a little flavor. Budget meals can be yummy too!

I made a couple of changes to the recipe, that I think made it turn out really good. I season the chicken on both sides with Mrs. Dash Table Blend before cooking which gives it a great flavor without adding any salt. I also substituted egg noodles for the rice and used frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots, green beans) in place of the broccoli. A great week night meal.

I have made this for my family of 10 many times and it's a big hit every time even with a husband who doesn't like chicken! It's very quick and easy and triples very well! I cut up the chicken into bite size pieces to make it stretch a little farther and the younger kids don't have to work to eat it. It's also what I would call a 'pantry meal'. It's made with ingredients that I always have on hand. Good for those nights when I realize I really need to go to the store, but don't have time! Getting ready to make it again right now! :-)
