Mozzarella Chicken & Rice Skillet recipe
30 minutes, 1 skillet. This better-for-you cheesy chicken and rice is not only a family-pleaser, it's easy on the cleanup crew, too.

I thought this recipe was good. I liked it because I typically have these ingredients around. Good flavor, I grilled the chicken instead of frying it in oil in the frying pan. I will make this recipe again.
I thought that this recipe was just fine on flavor. Sometimes you need to give your pallet something that is delicious without too many seasonings. I also skipped the cheese part. It was delicious and I would definitely make it again. For the chicken, I used a leftover already cooked chicken breast from the night before and just chopped it up.
I've made this recipe before and like the other reviewers said "slightly bland". So I made it a second time and put some seasoning salt on the chicken breasts before I cooked them. I substituted the broccoli with frozen peas(mmm they just burst in your mouth!), and used 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1/2 cup Monterrey jack cheese. It was very delicious the second time around!
Easy to make and the whole family liked this had good flavor for a usually bland recipe!
It was good, but not good enough that my family would like to eat it again.
This was easy and good, however, I agree with the reviewer who said it needs a little flavor boost. Boyfriend-approved recipe!
I thought it was good and easy. I thought it needed a little flavor boost though, I sqeezed a little lemon juice on it and that did the trick.
My husband like it but i think it could use a little bit more flavor...
Very easy and quick to make. This will definitely be a meal we make often!
This was absolutely an easy meal to make! I followed the recipe to a tee except for the chicken, which I cut In bite size chunks and seasoned before cooking. (Good way to make It a mutli serve dish and stretch the chicken.)It was really good and I plan on making this dish over and over again In the future!
