I think it would be better with a 1/2 can cream of chicken and 1/2 can cream of broccoli... but this is a GREAT winter dinner that's ready in a snap.

I thought this was great. I had my fiance grill the chicken while I made the rice and broccoli. I think that grilling the chicken really made difference in flavor. I also added a little bit of parmesan cheese on top. Will definitely make this one again!

I usually double the recipe for my larger family. It's now a regular part of the rotation. As for being bland, I sometimes season with garlic powder, or in doubling I get creative with the soups, 1 cream of chick & 1 cream of broccoli or celery, etc. I also use about 1&1/2 to 2 Cups of cheese on top (family loves cheese). Thought the rice was a little dry the first time so now I cook rice seperate and then mix together to heat through with soups and veggies. So many ways to change this up it never seems to be the same dinner twice!

First time I made this as specified- yes, VERY bland. This time I used Cr of Chick and Broccoli/cheese soups. Seasoned the chicken to no end (salt, pepper, garlic powder, dreid basil, oregano). Added monterey jack/colby and mozzarella. I actually doubled the recipe this time- my mistake. Still bland. Loaded up the salt (very unhealthy) and pepper. No go. Maybe once it sits awhile, it will taste better. One thing for sure, my teenage son is a human vacumn. He'll eat it. Won't be total waste of money. But will not make again. Sorry, Kraft.

We enjoyed this recipe and will make it again. Instead of the chicken breast, I used what I had in the freezer, two legs and two thighs. It worked just great. Next time I will be cutting up the chicken to add it.

So quick and easy, Tasted great. Husband thought the rice was made from a box! We liked it alot and will definitely make again.
