The first time I made this dish, I followed the instructions to the letter and it was wonderful but I wanted a bit more flavor. The 2nd time I made it, I cut chicken tenders into bite sized pieces and did not take them out of the pan. Then instead of adding plain mozzarella cheese, I added a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheese. My husband and I love this recipe and I plan to make it over and over again!

I had left over roasted chicken and was looking for a new recipe. I found this one and, after seeing the reviews, added my own touch. I chopped up the chicken, used cream of broccoli soup, used Uncle Ben's Broccoli rice (have to cook 5 min. longer. It was WONDERFUL! Will definitely make again.

I added garlic, onions, salt and pepper. I also used brown rice instead of white. I can see how most would find it bland, since there are no seasonings added. Super easy to make with little effort and little time. Will make again for sure!

I also cut the chicken up in bite size pieces. I thought it was good, but like others, a little bland. I added a spoonful of mango-lime salsa on top of my dish, and it was perfect...I will make this one again, but will definatley add more spices to the chicken, and maybe french onion soup instead of the cream. So many different variations you can do with this one. It's a classic for sure.

As is, the chicken was very plain. If you're an experienced cook or feeling "froggy" you could add something and this recipe would probably taste a lot better. Didn't taste horrible! Just a little bland.

We loved it! My very picky boyfriend went back for seconds. The only changes I made were that I sauteed the chicken with garlic and I used a bag of steam in the bag broccoli. Will make again!

I will add more broccoli to the dish next time. I listened to the reviews and marinated the chicken and sauted onion and garlic and added chicken.
