I used a thawed bag of broc, cauli and carrots! Garlic and pepper on the chix!

I used instant brown rice and skim milk to make it a bit healthier, and added garlic to the chicken to add more flavor. Overall, it was a good recipe, but using the skim milk made it a bit soupy; I'll add less milk next time. Good for a quick and easy meal.

Very quick and easy. I added some garlic powder to the chicken while it was cooking for a little added flavor. My boyfriend especially loved the creamy rice. I don't think I'll make it often though, just when I'm in a rush and don't have a lot of ingredients around.

This recipie looked so good, but had absolutely NO flavor! IF I were to make this again I would add tons of garlic or other seasonings!!!

This was a very easy recipe to make, but it needed a little more flavor. The next time, I'll try cheddar cheese instead of Mozzarella.

This was a decent recipe. I had all of the ingredients. I think I would only make it again if I found a way to make it more flavorful. It left my tongue bored.

I make this recipe often. I use cream of mushroom soup instead and add a little seasoning to it because it can be bland. I also don't fully cook the chicken before I add it to the rice because it seems to get overcooked.

This recipe is AMAZING! My hubby said it was the best I have ever made him and there were NO leftovers between the two of us!!! I used Broccolli and Cheese soup instead of cream of chicken! YUUUUMMM!
