30 minutes, 1 skillet. This better-for-you cheesy chicken and rice is not only a family-pleaser, it's easy on the cleanup crew, too.

I'm a pretty picky eater, and I loved this recipe. It was plain enough without being flavorless. Would be great and easy to make for a bit of a crowd, and the left overs were just as good as when it was fresh. The only change I made was to add a bit more cheese than it called for. I'm sure it would be good with other vegis and some spices to make it more interesting for those less picky!
This recipe was a complete disappointment. It had absolutely no flavor. In fact, it was so bad that I actually threw it out without serving it.
I haven't made this recipe yet but it looks really good. Just wanted to leave a comment for lisamb1983 that a soup can of milk means you put in as much milk (or water) that the can of soup in the recipe holds. Can't wait to try this recipe - especially since it's gotten so many great reviews.
Very good! I did add garlic salt to the chicken while cooking to give it more flavor. But overall it was a great easy recpie. I used the water not the milk cause I was unsure of what a soup can of milk meant.
I was looking for something new, and my hubby and I really liked this recipe. I'll definitely be making this again.
I tried this recipe as a part of Kraft's Express Checkout. It was really good. The only thing I did differently was that I sprinkled the chicken with lemon pepper seasoning. When you put it in the skillet, don't touch it for at least 5 minutes. That will sear in the seasonings. I also didn't use instant rice. I just cooked regular rice according to the directions and mixed it in with the soup and milk (I only used half of a can). Very good, would make again.
I didn't think this recipe would turn out as good as it did. The chicken was so tenedr and the sauce was creamy, I have made this several times and my family loves it. Give it a try!!
I added chopped mushrooms to the rice and it was so good.
I have made this many times for my family and it is well liked. Great for a weeknight quickie!
Bland bland bland!!! I even melted SHARP cheddar on top!!
