this was a good recipe. i usually read the reviews before i commit to a recipe, or i find a way to jazz it up on my own. after reading the reviews on how bland this was i used a little bit of fresh garlic and salt and pepper, and believe it or not some poultry seasoning when i cooked the chicken. i never use instant rice so that had to be cooked separate but i cooked it in part chicken broth and part water and added it to the mixture when it was part way done to let it soak the rest of the way. the dish didn't come out too bad. i would make it again the same way i think. my husband and daughter liked it as always~

The recipe called for milk or water. Using milk, it evaporated quicker than when the rice was done. The meal was little dry.

This is a great recipe. I read the comments and used cheddar cheese instead. I also cooked chicken in italian dressing rather than oil and substituted brown rice for white. Very easy!

My husband really liked it!

This is an easy recipe and quick to make! We used 'Italian blend' shredded cheese which keep it from being bland.

To give the chicken a little extra flavor I used McCormick's Montreal Chicken Seasoning. This helped with the blandness of the recipe. I think I will use cheddar cheese next time.

The recipe was pretty good, but did not have that much flavor. the chicken was a little bland. if i make it again, i will stuff the chicken first and add some spices.

This recipe was pretty bland. The only way I'd make it again would be to find some seasoning that would be good on it.
