I made this tonight before I went to work. As usual I doubled the recipe. I was expecting to eat some when I got home but the family liked it so much they ate the whole thing. I mixed mozzarella with cheedar and added about 1/4tsp of garlic while it was cooking. I hope to try it next time I make it.

This was wonderful!! Instead of leaving the chicken breast whole, I cut it in the bite sized pieces. Worked great for my 3 year old. My husband love it too!

We really enjoyed this dish. I used mozzerella cheese and I'm thinking that next time I'll try a little cheddar cheese in there too just to give it a little more flavor.

I thought the broccoli was a little undercooked but it was excellent. I also used cream of mushroom soup instead. My kids really enjoyed this as well. I will use some different veggies and spices next time for a new taste.

This recipe was bland, even after I added a good dose of garlic powder. My husband was digging through the refrigerator trying to find something to spice it up with. Next time, I'll have to work to add more flavor. I used the Minute Brown Rice, and it worked out well.

I added some oregano to the chicken for flavor and also used olive oil.
