This recipe is better with some added minced fresh garlic and Italian herbs like basil and oregano.

Not a whole lot of flavor, but healthy for you. Especially since I substituted whole grain rice for white rice. Definitely needs jazzed up. Will only make again if I peruse the ratings and find a suggestion I think I'd really like.

THIS WAS JUST PACKED WITH FLAVOR. MY FIVE YEAR OLD JUST GOBBLED UP THE BROCCOLI AND RICE. AMAZING! WE DID ADD A LITTLE EXTRA MOZZARELLA CHEESE THOUGH.

I thankfully read all the reviews before making this so jazzed it up a bit when I made it to help it not be so bland. I cut the chicken into chunks and marinated it in a garlic marinade for 30 mins before cooking. I used a can and a half of milk and added some salt, pepper, and onion powder to the mixture. Turned out pretty good overall. I will make it again in the future.

Ugh, this was SO bland. It didn't taste like anything. I sauteed the broccoli with some mushrooms for a few minutes before they were added to the rice to give them a head start cooking. But this was the blandest recipe I've ever made, I can't fathom a way to remedy this recipe. I couldn't even finish my plate and my hubby didn't care for it either.

Great recipe! We all loved it! I also added crumpled up crackers on the top while it baked. YUMMY!!!

add a bit of curry to your dish and a few mushrooms sliced and a buttered breadcrumb topping..Delicious. Substitute sharp cheddar for the cheese..mmmmm.

I added a little salt and pepper to the chicken and the rice mixture and it was great. My husband loved it and it was quick and easy after a long day of work. I know we will be adding this one to our regular menu.
