I used drumsticks, baked the chicken with half of the "sauce" over it, & cooked the veggies on the stove adding the extra "sauce" for the last 10 minutes of cooking. I also served the veggie mixture over rice. It was outstanding!!!

The only change we made was that we used apple cider vinegar. The recipe has such great flavor! We decided to use the leftover dipping sauce for roast beef sandwiches the next day. We will definitely make this again.

Excellent, easy and healthy! I used chicken, mushrooms, and zucchini and marinated for several hours. Hubby grilled about 12 minutes on each side as chicken pieces were thick. The reserved marinade was great as a dipping sauce.

Awesome recipe. I marinated just the chicken for several hours and the veggies for an hour, then made the kabobs and grilled them . Everyone loved them. I could have made twice as many and they would have all been eaten!!

Very good. I will try this with pieces of corn on the cob along with the other vegetables next time.

I make this all the time for family and friends. To make it easier I use whole chicken breast and do the vegetables on the side, instead of doing the kabobs

Fantastic and easy recipe. My two teenage boys are not big vegetable eaters but they enjoyed this dish so much that luckily I had enough to double the recipe and they scooped up all the veggies. I have also substituted ranch mix and that was also delicious.
