We had this for our "J" night family get together. It was very good! Spice wise was perfect for me and kids, hubby added a little red pepper to his. It was a hit with the rest of the family. We will make this again.

This was a good meal, for something different. Recipe was right in the spicy department for kids. My husband and I added more on ours.

This was excellent. My husband & I both loved it. I needed more spice, so I added red pepper flakes. I also added stewed tomatoes. We will definitely make this one our regulars.

My family didn't like this meal. It was bland, too greasy and didn't even look appealing. I think we'll just stick with the Jambalaya-in-a-box.

Great recipe. I would add more chicken and sausage when making it again.

You might want to try a little dried oregano, dried basil,a can of crushed tomatoes and just a little sugar.

This was very good, but not quite enough spice for us, so we ended up adding additional cayenne pepper and crushed red pepper. And did anybody else think it could use just one more flavor?? I can't identify it since it's been years since I made jambalaya, but something seems to be missing.

A very tasty and quick to make dish. I browned the chicken breast with the onions and green pepper because I wanted to be sure the chicken was thoroughly done. It turned out just great. Yum!
