I altered this a little bit because I didn't have some of the specifics. I used bacon instead of the smokies, potatoes o'brien and spicy brown mustard. My husband loved it and couldn't stop raving about! Winner!

Very easy to make. Next time I'll add onions as it was a little bland for my taste, but good.

This is absolutly yummy!!!! I had a tough time getting the center eggs to cook - but that's gotta be me and not the recipe. Easy and the whole family loved it. I served with toast and fresh fruit.

LOVE THIS!! Have made it several times for Sunday breakfast for two & for stay over guests. I add a lot more smokies than recipe calls for. DELISH!!!

AWESOME!! Cooks pretty quick, which is nice for getting the cassorole effect without the hour in the oven. And you will have some leftover ingredients (hashbrowns and smokies) to make it again. I also used more than 4 smokies. My Hubbie doesn't like cassoroles with veggies or onions but he LOVES this one(he's a meat and potatoes kind of guy;-)

This was a quick and easy breakfast to make. My 13-year-old daughter helped me make this and everyone loved it. We added more Little Smokies when we made it- four didn't seem like enough. It was difficult to clean the skillet afterwards, but it could have been the pan I was using. Of course the daughter did not help with the clean-up ! :)

This is a very yummi dish. Instead of real eggs I used the egg substitute and I also used turkey bacon and added onions. My family LOVED it.

This was a quick and easy dish. my picky eaters wanted catsup on top and I substituted chopped deli ham for the smokies. This is a keeper.

Family loved it. So simple. I would definitely add more seasoning to the egg mixture -- chili powder, garlic salt, etc.
