This is something so simple and easy I love it! It always turns out great and everyone loves it!
I used onions in place of the red bell peppers, bc it was what I had on hand. I loved the way the pizza dough turned out. It was a great combo. I'll use this concept to make all different kinds of stromboli in the future. Thanks, Kraft!!!!
I use two cans of pizza crust, turkey pepperoni, salami, and ham. I have also added Kraft Italian shredded cheese with the mozzarella. My family loves it and there are rarely leftovers! Great recipe anyway you adapt it!
I make this all the time for my family when I am in a hurry and need a quick go to recipe. I use whatever lunch meat I have on hand. Great meal for in a pinch!
i made this recipe lastnight for my family. instead of the red peppers i tried it with the tomatoes & onions instead...unfortunately the onions didn't cook very much and so the onion flavor was too strong for me. if i made it again i would probably use the peppers and cook the onions first. other than that, it was great! oh yeah, the dough didn't cook all the way through at the bottom of the stromboli either - any suggestions to fix that?
I made this for lunch today for my husband and I. He is rather picky and he gave it a thumbs-up! I modified it slightly. I did not add peppers but did add the tomatoes and onions. I also added some oregano, basil, and garlic powder inside. On the outside, I coated it with a little butter and added some additional dried oregano. Gives it a nice golden look. I will keep this in my menu cycle.

This was a great way to use up left over ham. It didn't last long when I made it.
I made this for Christmas Eve this year, and it was a big hit. I made a pizza style one as well the recipe suggested. There was something for everyone!
the stromboli was very easy and fast to make i found that excluding the turkey and only using ham was better, and i used extra cheese
