Have made this recipe many times. My recipe had been lost and I have been looking for this. I couldn't remember the name. I will make it again. Easy to double. I use the medium shell pasta instead of the elbow as the shell holds more of the cheese

My kids really like this. It's a very satisfying meal, especially in the winter. It's total comfort food.

This was a quick and easy dinner. We both liked it. Next time I will decrease the water a little. I didn't have any green onions so substituted regular onion diced up. Next time I might add mushrooms too.

I have been doing this for years! I generally cook the beef on the side with chopped onions or onion powder and a bit of Montreal Steak seasoning (or whatever I have on hand that would taste good on a burger.) I never included ketchup directly in the meat however.

I made this substituting 1/2 cup of salsa for the ketchup and tomato; I liked it but my husband and kids didn't.

I make this at least twice a month. My sons fave! It is really easy when in a hurry.

It was a little too cheesy for my taste, but my husband liked it so I will probably make it again sometime.

I had all of the ingredients at hand. Very easy and better than the box stuff!

Added 1/2 greeen pepper and small tomato to give it some eye appeal and then added a Tbsp of Italian seasoning and a dash of salt to taste. It will go great with a green salad.

Not bad, but we still prefer the box stuff. Would make again but would add more cheese.
