Bacon Quesadillas

Bacon, cheese, green onions and tortillas: Put them in the oven together for pure melted yumminess. For a little heat, sub green chilies for the onions.

I used chicken instead of bacon which I sauteed in olive oil with chopped onions and green peppers, very easy and tasty

Everyone loves this. I add fajita chicken for a main dish and serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. A favorite with all.

This recipe was very easy to make. I used real bacon and coby jack cheese no green oinions. My kids and I don't like them, but my husband does. I did have sour cream with them. That was really good. I have to make these quick or I won't have any bacon left to go into them because my kids love bacon.

Made this on Super Bowl Sunday. It went over so well that no one wanted the rest of the food! Excellent!!

Very tasty! Especially when dipped in salsa and sour cream! I even tried it with chicken.
