Next time I'll add a little more spice or salt or something. It was good, but it needed a little more pizzaz.

I remade this recipe using sour cream instead of mayo I liked the flavor much better

I made this but added 1/2 chopped red onion and a tab. relish. I also decided to use low fat Ranch Dressing, enough to coat good because Mayo sometimes bothers us. It was great!!

I have made this recipe, with a few variations. I add crumbled bacon and hard boiled eggs. It is a hit and often requested for family functions and BBQ's. If you feel there isn't enough dill then...add more. My fiance would eat this EVERY night if it was available.

The only thing I did different was add 6 hard boiled eggs and it is wonderful. The dill gives it such a fresh flavor. I have one son who loves the dill flavor but every on else was on the sidelines. But after adding the eggs, I now have everyone on the dill team. It is the one I am always ask to bring for potlucks and family dinners. Its a winner

My family had mixed reviews over this dish. I made this when my parents came over. They thought it was very good, my husband thought it was average, and I thought it was bad. The taste of the mayo really overpowered the dish. The dill was nice although I think that if I were to try something like this again I would use fresh dill. I would have to substitute something for the mayo. Overall, I would not make this again.

Everyone loved this when I made it for a bar-b-que. So much more flavor and funner than just regular old potato salad.

My family doesn't care for traditional potato salad, so we loved this one! Very light and refreshing!

Family favorite. I don't have to worry about left-overs with this one. I also add juice and zest of one lime, sometimes fresh diced jalapeno.

substituted salad dressing for mayo. Perfect. Our family always substitutes salad dressing for mayo. no reflection on the recipe.
