This is fast, easy and really good. I made a few changes, because I just decided to try this recipe an hour ago and used what I had on hand. I used 1/4 pound of the mushrooms, 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs, 8 oz pork sausage w/sage, 1/2 of a red pepper, and 6 eggs. Prepared it per the recipe and cooked it in the toaster oven in a loaf pan for 45 min. Added fresh ground pepper before serving. This is a keeper, and I'll share it with my friends.
