This was great. I didn't include mushrooms. Next time I will halve the bread crumbs, it was a little bland with them. I used 9 large eggs and left out the cayenne pepper.

Really good - the crust mixture with the mushrooms is great. Misread the recipe and got a red pepper and green pepper and used them both - will do it that way forever. It was a pretty dish in addition to being very flavorful and filling.

Great dish for a crowd. Family & friends voluntered my services to do this on a regular basis. I did change the bread crumbs for frozen homefries. Made a double batch one with a cheese topping, the other without.

I made this for my husband and mother in law and they both loved it. My husband even insisted the he have the leftovers for breakfast and lunch the next day. I added a little hot sauce to the eggs though to give it a kick because my house likes it spicy.

The next time I would either use a smaller pan or double the recipe for the 9x13 size.

My husband is a sausage lover. He really liked this recipe. I halved the recipe and used 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites. also, I used less margarine. My husband is making sure I save this recipe.

This is fast, easy and really good. I made a few changes, because I just decided to try this recipe an hour ago and used what I had on hand. I used 1/4 pound of the mushrooms, 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs, 8 oz pork sausage w/sage, 1/2 of a red pepper, and 6 eggs. Prepared it per the recipe and cooked it in the toaster oven in a loaf pan for 45 min. Added fresh ground pepper before serving. This is a keeper, and I'll share it with my friends.
