Cheesy Mexican Chicken

Cheesy Mexican Chicken recipe
Add taco seasoning, corn chips and cheese to chicken and say adios to ho-hum. Melty, crunchy, south-of-the-border flavors top rice for this future family fave.

The man in my life is extremely picky and he devoured this cheesy chicken meal!! It tasted the best when I substituted the original taco mix with a cheesy taco mix.

This was an easy to make meal, very tasty and full of flavor. I did add a dash of chili powder and cilantro to the sauce. Will make again.

THE BEST, tried and true for over 15 years now! We make with hot & spicy taco seasoning, and add the Fritos when we're ready to eat to make sure they're crunchy.... good with sour cream on top!

This was too salty and spicy for my taste. However, I will try again with half the seasoning, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and some sour cream. I think this can be tailored to be a super yummy dish.

This was good but I thought the sauce was a bit runny/soupy. LOL maybe because it's made with soup. I would make it again but I think I'd use less of the soup so the sauce is thicker. I also didn't have corn/tortilla chips & I'm sure it would've been tastier if I had them. For a little bit of color I added some diced roma tomato and chopped cilantro.

Love this dish! It's super easy and it has lots of flavor. Plus most of the ingredients are always in my house. I used tostidos instead of Fritos because that's what I always have.
