We really like this recipe, but we are not big rice fans. So, I substituted egg noodles for the rice. Our nephew asks us to make it everytime he visits.

Several years ago my mom's boyfriend made this and I could never get the recipe from him. And now I found it!!!! Im so happy!!! It was JUST as good as I remember it!! My whole family loved it!! We doubled the creamy sauce, so that we had some sauce for the rice.....yummmmmmy!

Another chicken recipe from this site that both husband and I enjoyed. Super simple and lots of flavor! We ate it with veggie and brown rice. Will definitely be making this again!

This recipe is very simple to make and turned out delicious! I will definitely make it again often.
