I share this recipe with everyone I know. Even my picky husband loves this dish. I definitely use the Mexican 5 cheese blend instead of the cheddar for the added flavor. It is a dish that's sure to please and easy to make! Amy

The whole family loved it. I think it would have been better with diced or shredded chicken but it was still good

Awesome! Add some corn and black beans next time. you could even layer in some corn tortillas instead of chips to make it like an enchilada casserole.

I made this meal for my sister and her family after her 3rd baby was born. It was easy to assemble and all they had to do was put it in the oven! I made rice for the side. They called me immediatly to say how different it was and how much they loved it! A great meal to make if you are helping someone out! A++++

Tried this today--- added pureed red & yellow bell peppers to the sauce (to sneak some extra veggies in), and actually used lean pork (boneless) chops. I didn't add quite as much milk due to the water content of the peppers. Regardless, it was delicious! Better than I expected, and the entire family (4 kids) enjoyed it too.

We would add more corn chips to the mix. Also, I used brown rice and it tasted great! This had lots of flavor - very good and simple! My kids even ate it!
