Cheesy Mexican Chicken recipe

This recipe was sooo good and easy to make, the chicken was so tender and yummy! I will make this over and over again! I did make it with Spanish Rice and it was very good. My husband was really impressed and so were my kids.

If you love Mexican, maybe you would like this more than me. BUT, it wasnt anything special. Wont add to our list of weekly meals.

I thought this was very good, especially the sauce. I agree that I would use a mexican style rice though. The plain white rice kind of killed some of the otherwise good flavor. We liked it though and will make it again. Also, using Healthy Recipe Cream of Chicken saves a few calories and grams of fat.

Yuuuuuuuuuummy!!!! This recipe was so fast and easy to make. I put the chips on right before I served ... helped make leftovers not soggy too. I served it with a side of guacamole and a side salad. It's a keeper!

Really, really good. Made it without the chips and it was great. Wonderful sauce for the rice, great taste, and I used the "Healthy Request" Campbells soup. YUM it's being added to our regular rotation!!
