My kids loved this recipe. I put some garlic salt in with the salsa to season the meat. I also put sour cream on top and served it with spanish rice. My kids had two helpings and wanted more. Great recipe.

I would make it again without all the picante sauce, it didn't really taste very much like enchilada's. I would also use corn tortillas next time. I would also spice up the meat a little.

This was a keeper. DEFINATELY need to up the meat mixture by 50% or even double it. I used mexican cheese blend as well. We served this with spanish rice.

I liked how easy this was to make. I am going to add enchilada sauce and taco seasoning next time!

Very quick and easy. Added garlic, taco seasoning, onion for extra flavor. Served with sour cream, extra picante and black beans. Family liked a lot, will make again.

Pretty basic, but quick and tasty. I also add a little taco seasoning to the meat and garnish with sour cream.

I made this recipe as is, the meat was very bland and the whole dish lacked. If I make this again I will add taco seasoning to the meat and perhaps half that with refried beans. Very easy to make with limited time.
