Quick and easy, family pleaser, I love preparing this dish, we add mexican rice, along with a green salad and a few other trimmings. Great dinner party dish as well.

We really like it and it is another type of Mexican food that we can prepare. We added lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream to it. We also added extra cheese, and salsa to them.

Like others had suggested we added some taco seasoning to the meat, also some sour cream and jalapeno's on mine. Was very good the first night we made it, but reheating the leftovers after a couple days was disappointing. We'll make these on an as needed basis in the future, but very good made fresh.

My family loves this!! We love good Mexican food but it can be expensive eating out at a good Mexican restaurant. This was very easy!

This recipe was wonderful...but it does taste better if you mix the meat with taco mix as well. Add some jalapenos peppers on the top to make them extra spicy!! I will definetly make these again.
