I added taco seasoning and a little water to meat after it was cooked. Turned out wonderful! My kids couldn't get enough, and my picky husband loved it also.

these were really good. just make sure if you use corn tortillas to heat them before you roll them up or else they will tear.

My family really liked this recipe. All I changed was that I added a taco seasoning. It was quick, easy and good!

Of all the enchiladas recipes that I have my family loves this one the best. They love the 'homemade' version better than any restaurant version. It is especially great served with spanish rice as a side dish.
