This is so good - and I don't even like Mexican food. We add a little extra salsa and cheese, and serve with sour cream. Definitely recommend it - leftovers even taste good.

Great meal, I made white rice and a salad to go with the enchiladas. Even my children ate it!

Enchiladas...sounds hard..lol but oh my....so easy this recipe was!! Soooo gooood too. Except i put a little more salsa then the recipe said and the flavor baked into the tortillas. Oh wow.....a very very good left over.

My family loved this quick meal, and like another I used corn tortillas. I mixed in a little green bell peppers and white onions and I always use ground turkey.

have been using this since I found the recipe in a kraft booklet found at my grocery..family loves it, co-workers love it....a true winner!!!
