Enchiladas...sounds but oh easy this recipe was!! Soooo gooood too. Except i put a little more salsa then the recipe said and the flavor baked into the tortillas. Oh wow.....a very very good left over.
My family loved this quick meal, and like another I used corn tortillas. I mixed in a little green bell peppers and white onions and I always use ground turkey.
have been using this since I found the recipe in a kraft booklet found at my loves it, co-workers love it....a true winner!!!
My family loved it..Finally a meal we can all eat!
I don't eat beef, but I made it for my family and they said it was very good. I found in making it though, that it didn't seem like enough salsa to keep the tortillas moist while baking. But in the end they seemed to turn out fine. I also had to use corn tortillas instead of flour and I think that made them harder to roll up - they cracked more.
My husband wasn't sure he would like it. But everyone loved it. My kids even wanted more. I did add refried beans and enchilada sauce. I will fix it again soon.
This was a delicious recipe. I added a packet of taco seasoning to the meat and served with sour cream. I shared with my boyfriend and mom and they loved it. Definately will make again.
This was a quick and easy meal that was delicious! I would recommend more using more salsa and we also added sour cream!
Quick and easy recipe! I made this meal for my mother and fiance and they ate the whole thing up!! I added a little bit of spaghetti sauce on the top of the enchiladas instead of salsa (I ran out of salsa after mixing it with the meat and adding it to the bottom of the pan). It gave the enchiladas a good balance of flavor!
This was a very good and simple recipe. I also added taco bell seasoning and more tomatos to give it a more spicy kick.My husband and three children liked it very much, and its very hard to find something they all like. I'm going to e-mail this recipe to my sister.
