Very good. I added an envelope of taco sauce to the meat sauce also and this gave it a little more zip. Would definitely make again.

I've made this a few times and it's always very good. Also, very easy to make!

Easy to make. My kids even asked for seconds. This is one I will make over and over but now will double the recipe. For a family of 5 even with side it wasn't enough.

I also added some taco meat seasoning for just a little extra flavor. Spanish rice also makes for an excellent side dish.

Easy and quick recipe. Very tasty, but if you prefer a little "kick" you could use hot salsa or mix meat w/ spicy taco seasoning mix.

This is a quick and easy recipe that my family enjoys, I add to it refried beans with jalpeno's, makes it really good, but if your not into that it is a good recipe all the same.

I love this recipe! It's the only enchilada/burrito recipe I make these days. I've tried it with chicken as well, and were they yummy! I must try for the mexican food lover!

We loved this recipe - I made it without salsa though, I used taco cheese instead of cheddar & I also used a packet of fajita seasoning in the ground beef - it gave it the salsa flavoring, without the salsa (that my husband doesn't like) - I've also used it with Con Queso instead of the salsa & only put the cheese inside the beef & not on top because of it - Very good as well!!
