Great and easy meal. I often make it with refried beans mixed with a packet of taco seasoning (instead of using hamburger) for the vegetarians in our family. It's a family favorite!

This recipe is great! I am the only girl in the house with 3 guy roomates. I double the recipe and everyone is full and happy!I have made this once a month for the last year. deff. a keeper around here!

Recipe was easy and quick. I thought it needed to be "kicked up a notch" so I added a package of taco seasoning along with the required water. I cooked it till the meat and taco seasoning was thickened sufficiently. I left everything else the way it was and it was a hit.....will be added to the rotation.

I added taco seasoning to the meat as others had recommended and it had a good taste to it. It was quick and easy to make, and most of all, my family loved it!

I did add some sour cream to the meat while cooking and it was great!

Very good just do not add salsa to bottom of pan, makes a sloppy mess, used pam on bottom of pan and used taco seasoning in meat came out great
