I didn't like this because the tortillas became too soggy and doughy like. My husband and one of my sons did like it though.

VERY easy. I like that you can change up the spice factor by changing the salsa.

My husband loved this dinner. I made it ahead of time and it turned out great. Instead of salsa in the baking pan I used red enchalda sauce.

Awesome recipe! Made it tonight and my roommates and I loved it! I used Pam on the bottom of tray instead of using the salsa and added medium taco seasoning to the beef for flavor. Topped it with Red enchilada sauce, salsa and cheese! Will definitely be making this dinner again!

We love this recipe, topped enchiladas with sour cream and guacamole. Served with yellow rice. Great quick meal!

Wow! These are some great enchiladas! Only thing I did differently is I took the advice of a previous review and put the rest of the salsa on top of the enchiladas instead of on the bottom of the pan. If you love these, you should check out the Creamy Chicken Enchiladas Verde recipe from this site!

Very good! I split it in two pans and put one in the freezer, it was perfect for a quick dinner. My whole family loved it too!
