It was very easy to make and turned out to be excellent tasting.My whole family enjoyed the Enchiladas and was asking for more.

Very easy to make, but very bland. On second batch added a lot of Tapatio sauce cut w/tomato sauce and some onions. Much better.

Next time I'm going to use taco seasoning on the meat. That might give it a little more flavor.

umm, ummm, ummm!!! is all my family could say about this recipe. they love it!! and it is soooo easy to make, I have made it at leat 10 times.
