Very good and easy! I would cut out the salsa though for my personal preference.

Quick, easy, and very good. I used ground turkey and it still turned out great. Will definitely make this one again.

VERY quick and easy and oooooooh so yummy! I've made this a couple times now and it's always a crowd pleaser, even with picky eaters!! I love that it's so quick to put together and I usually always have the ingredients on hand, so that's awesome as well. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I had it...I thought it'd be 'ok' but it turned out to be DELICIOUS!!

This recipe is delicious! I made a dish for my boyfriend and I and we ate every last bite. I may add a bit more sauch next time, but it was still very good. I will make this one again!

This was a very simple and yummy recipe!! We ate the entire pan, just me and my husband! We added a little more sauce but it was very good.

This recipe is so simple and easy! It needs a little extra umph though, so i recommend adding about a half chopped onion and some taco seasoning, or have quacomole and sour cream on the side to eat it with!

These enchiladas tasted so good! Don't get mad if the tortillas fall apart; there is a large chance they will. It was very easy to make and came out delicious!
