This was phenomenal. I used 24 oz of a very chunky salsa, and it was perfect. I think the key is finding a salsa that you really like, and I used more than 16 oz since so many comments said it was dry. It was very, very good and will be made again.

I use fajita meat instead. I've made it a lot and its always a big hit! Super easy!

Made this last night for dinner, I added taco seasoning, and quarter bag of frozen peppers and onions to the hamburger and topped them with sour cream after they came out of the oven. They were really good!! I think they would be better with chicken or steak. Will definately make these again!

Easy and enexpensive to make. They were okay, I made half flour and half corn tortillas (I don't care for flour, but my husband does). I'll keep searching for a better enchilada recipe, but this will do for now.

I used whole grain wheat tortillas and a berry mango salsa. It was excellent!!

Too dry and needs better spicing, very bland.

A Little dry- maybe use tomato juice or more salsa. Otherwise very good!
