This is an easy to make and delicious recipe. I added black beans to the meat mixture.

This dish was very tasty. I made a substitution of turkey for the beef since I didn't have that on hand. I also seasoned the ground turkey the night before I planned on making this dish. This recipe is a definite keeper.

Took cherry24's advise and added seasoning (enchilada) to the meat. They were delicious. So easy to prepare. Will definitely make these again. YUM!

My husband and I made this together, adding only one thing: after draining the ground beef, add 1 package taco seasoning to meat while adding salsa and cheese. This was such a great dinner idea! Delicious!
