I thought this was great. It made a LOT. My husband and I only ate 1/3 of the recipe. It was very easy and delicious. I also added some taco seasoning to the beef before I stuffed the shells and I used whole wheat tortillas. Yum!

Very tasty... Used taco seasoning, basil, and a lil more garlic pwdr along w/ 2 big heaping tablespoons each of corn and black beans....didn't have but 1 cup of cheddar chz so i used half in meat mixture and half on top...I used mozzarella for the rest of the meat mixture and sprinkled more on top as well...Hubby said he really enjoyed it :)

the filling was good with the taco mix but the overall meal wasnt that great...if i did make the recipe again, i would not put the salsa on the bottom of the dish, it made the tortillas very moist which basically ruined the whole meal.

I doubled the meat, and also used taco seasoning. They were great! My husband loved them.

Very easy to make, especially during the busy work week! Taste wonderful. I also added shredded cheese to each torilla before I rolled it. We love cheese!

My kids loved this recipe. I put some garlic salt in with the salsa to season the meat. I also put sour cream on top and served it with spanish rice. My kids had two helpings and wanted more. Great recipe.

I would make it again without all the picante sauce, it didn't really taste very much like enchilada's. I would also use corn tortillas next time. I would also spice up the meat a little.
