Mexican Chicken Pizza

What You Need

1/2

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch chunks

1-1/2

cups TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)

1/2

cup red pepper strips

tsp. chopped cilantro

1-1/2

cups (6 oz.) KRAFT Pizza Shredded Low-Moisture Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheeses

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

COOK chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Stir in salsa; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.

SPOON onto crust; top with remaining ingredients.

BAKE 10 to 15 min. or until cheese is melted.

I used more chciken than it said to and a little less sauce than it said to. But it was really good. I'll cook it again, soon.

This was an excellent version of taco pizza. I added lettuce and sour cream after i served it. I will definently make this one again!!

The salsa flavor was a little strong, I'd try to balance it next time with the other flavors. The chicken, peppers, cheese, and cilantro were fabulous.

This is a fantastic easy pizza recipe. I have made this pizza on several occasions - for myself and hubby for dinner, for a larger group of people as an appetizer, and also as one of a few pizzas being served to a larger group - and this is always a hit. This pizza doesn't require as much oven time as alot of other recipes, which I find very convenient as well. People often ask for the recipe. I have varied the salsa from time to time, from mild to spicy, depending on the guests, and have also used homemade salsas. Any way I make it, this pizza is very simple, yet is always the first to disappear. Leftovers of this are also great!

This was so good. I used the precooked fajita chicken strips and cut them into chunks. I cooked the cilantro in with the chicken and salsa mixture. I served refried beans as a side dish and used it almost like you would a salsa. It would also be good with sour cream on the side. Really fast - really easy - really good. Pick up a bagged salad and dinner is served.

I baked this in a 9 inch pie pan to give it a deep dish effect. I also added a 1/2 tsp. of italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder. It was absolutely delicious!
