Mexican Chicken Pizza

Chicken chunks cooked with salsa are layered on a crust with bell peppers, cilantro and mozzarella and cheddar cheeses for a south-of-the-border pizza.

What You Need

1/2

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch chunks

1-1/2

cups TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)

1/2

cup red pepper strips

tsp. chopped cilantro

1-1/2

cups (6 oz.) KRAFT Pizza Shredded Low-Moisture Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheeses

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

COOK chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Stir in salsa; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.

SPOON onto crust; top with remaining ingredients.

BAKE 10 to 15 min. or until cheese is melted.

Great! I would make this again. However, like most Kraft pizzas this one has too much topping! I wonder if they make pizzas bigger in the US?? (I am from Canada.) But, a nice idea that I will develop further. I did not have fresh herbs :-(
