I have made this recipe a long time ago, but recently needed something to take to a party....eveyone loved it! VERY Easy to make and relatively inexpensive. I always serve it with tortilla chips...the blue organic chips are really good with it or the scoop chips make it easy for people.

I do something very similar, except I top it with grated cheese (cheddar, or the taco cheese in the supermarket), and I put it in the oven at 350 for about 5-10 minutes...until the cheese on top is completely melted, and it is warmed all the way through. It is delicious with tortilla chips!

Add a package of taco seasoning and you have a dip that gets raves. I have been making this and topping it with shreaded lettuce, tomato and shreaded chedar cheese.
