Cheesecake is my husband's favorite, so I baked it for his birthday party.(I have never made homemade cheesecake!) He and all the guests loved it! I even let it cool for only 4 hours. You could see the three layers; the cracker crust, the white cheese cake and the golden brown top.I used a silver spring form pan and also added vanilla. I am actually going to make another one tomorrow!!
This was my first attempt at a cheesecake. I followed the recipe exactly as written for a dark non-stick pan and my cake was slightly gooey in the middle after cooling in the fridge overnight. I will leave it in a bit longer next time. It still tastes great :)
Oh my goodness this recipe came out perfect. I am so glad thatI made it. I have also made it with oreo cookie crust and topped it with strawberries and/or strawberry pie filling. I will make this recipe over and over again.
THis is my second time making cheesecake and I gotta say it was a success! This recipe is very easy considering I don't cook at all and I was able to make it. It taste great but for some cake had 3 huge crack in it look like my cake went thru a earthquake or something haha...But I would definately make this again...all my friends said it tastes great! (and they weren't just being nice ! )
This is by far the BEST cheesecake recipe I have come across. I made 11 cheesecakes for my wedding on New Years day. Everyone loved it, and wanted to know what bakery I got them from! They were suprised to find out I made them, and used this recipe.
I made this recipe and took it into work. All of my coworkers begged for the recipe and two of them told me that it was as good as the Cheesecake Factory!!
So easy and so good. Everyone raved about this cheesecake. Creamy and smooth. Will definately make again !!

Tastes great! Top cracked, but it was my fault (left it in a bit too long). Would make again.
