This is the BEST cheese cake recipe. I have made it over 25 times and every time people think it came from a specialty restaurant. Everyone says I should start selling them for TOP dollar!

I made this cheesecake for my sister's birthday dinner dessert and it was the first time that I have ever made a cheesecake. I followed the directions exactly and the result was a moist creamy delicious cheesecake. Everyone enjoyed it and my husband commented that it was even better than our favorite store bought cheesecake. Now that's a compliment coming from him because he is really picky about the food that he eats. I will definitely have to find an excuse to make this cheesecake again!

I can't even count on my fingers how mnay times I've made this! it's totally awsome, thats all i have to say. I usually make some dulce the leche and cover with whipped cream then top w/ the dulce de leche. Sometimes even strawberies! it's great I tell ya!

It's an extremely easy recipe and it's so delicious! I was always scared to even attempt to make a cheesecake but this recipe is foolproof.

THIS RECIPE IS GREAT AND VERY SIMPLE TO MAKE.MY FAMILY LOVES IT.I PREFER IT PLAIN BUT I ADDED BLUEBERRY TOPPING FOR MY FAMILY IT THEY LOVED IT!!! I MADE A CHEESECAKE FOR MY HAIRDRESSER,AND I GOT A FREE HAIR DO!!!

This is now the only cheesecake recipe I'll use. I made 2 in one weekend and they both turned out wonderful and received rave reviews. I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese in the second one and I think I actually liked that one better! Either way, this is a keeper.
