This was a great plain cheesecake. I froze several pieces and they seemed even better after thawing than freshly made, even months later. I substituted half the sugar with Splenda and half the cream cheese with low-fat cream cheese, and it tasted great!!

My family loved it, and all the women in the family asked me for the recipe. Easy to make and delicious!

I loved this cheesecake recipe. I made it for a party at work. I topped it with fresh strawberries. I have been trying to find a cheesecake recipe that was not to troublesome and this is it. It was great! I am making it again for a baby shower this weekend. I used to say I am not a baker but if I keep finding recipes as simple as this, I will have to change my mind.

I made this cheesecake for Easter dessert. It was fabulous, everyone loved it and I would definitely make it again. The recipe was not too sweet (like some cheesecakes tend to be) I also topped it with a can of cherry pie filling about 1 hour before it was served (and replaced it in the fridge) You should try it too.

I made a homemade strawberry sauce to put over the top, then served it with chocolate covered strawberries. Yum!
