I have used a lot of different recipes for a classic cheesecake, and this one is the best!!! I took it to a family gathering and it was all eaten...nothing left but the crumbs!!

My son and I made this and it was scrumptious!!!!! We added crushed pecans to the graham cracker crumbs to make the crust.

This is a great recipe to modify for the low-carb dieter. By subtituting splenda sweetener for the sugar and making it crustless you have a terrific low-carb treat.
